Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive an email with real-time tracking information as soon as your order is ready for delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Telos 8 Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

Telos 8 Pty Ltd will provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at accounts@lockjawladdergrip.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
